We are seeking a skilled Vue.js Developer for a short-term contract to help implement additional puzzle components for our Vue.js puzzle game proof-of-concept. You will be working with provided SVG designs to create custom puzzle pieces and connectors, building on an existing robust example component.

Responsibilities:

• Implement 8 new puzzle components based on provided SVG designs, each with 3 different versions.

• Develop and manage SCSS mixins for custom styling of puzzle connectors.

• Ensure proper positioning and styling of puzzle pieces using Vue.js components.

• Collaborate with the team to integrate new components into the existing puzzle layout.

• Test and debug the puzzle pieces to ensure they display and function correctly.

• Maintain code quality and consistency across the project.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in frontend development.

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Vue.js.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with SCSS and managing complex styles.

• Familiarity with SVG manipulation and integration.

• Knowledge of frontend build tools like Webpack and npm/Yarn.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Git for version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of responsive design principles.

Contract Details:

• Duration: Approximately 1 week

• Hourly Rate: $40 to $70 per hour, depending on experience

• Location: Remote
