What you will work on

Design, build, and deploy features end to end
Build modern UIs using React, Redux, ImmutableJS, Webpack, Babel, or similar tools
Work with complex requirements and datasets to make product-driven decisions
Work closely with backend engineers to build highly efficient and highly scalable products and services
Work across our flagship web products as well as closely work with our product teams to plan and deliver releases
Lead the A/B testing process, following and iterating features based on feedback and metrics
Leading the frontend team working on an exciting and highly anticipated new product
Grow the technical skills of other engineers on the team through mentorship, code and design reviews, and writing documentation

Requirements

Five (5) to seven (7) years of proven work experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role
Experience working with design tools e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD to collaborate with design teams
Possess in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages
Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux,
and Flux
Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
Experience with user interface design
Experience working in agile environments
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks (Jest)

ProjectDiscovery Compensation

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $145,000 - $185,000 for U.S. located employees.. Band level and salary ranges are determined through interviews, a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Non-U.S. located employees compensation will be based on Geo and the above parameters.
