We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to participate in a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering solutions for multiple customers. Experience working with Agile/SCRUM project methodologies is critical as release cycles will correspond to fast-paced sprints. This resource will have the ability and experience to mentor less experienced consultants and be a leader for the team.

Our Application Modernization practice has a huge variety of projects that may require this candidate to ramp up quickly on technologies, industries, and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Self-management of estimates, tasks, escalations, risks/issues
Ability to clearly articulate concepts to people with varying technical background
Good working knowledge on DevOps processes (CI/CD)
Ability and willingness to lead and mentor others
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
Able to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced high-performance environment
Demonstrates emerging leadership qualities
Working experience in Data modeling
Advanced experience with React.js/ JavaScript/ Typescript
Working experience in WCF/REST Services
Working experience in TSQL
Working experience in NoSQL

Qualifications:

Expertise (5+ year’s) developing cloud solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure
Expertise (5+ year’s) in building Microservices based solution architecture
Experience in Data modeling
Experience in development with the following skills: C#/ .NET (7+ years)/Web Services (7+ years)/React.js/ Javascript/ Typescript (3 years)/WCF/REST Services/TSQL/NoSQL
Experience with the following would be a plus: Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)/DML/DDL, triggers, query tuning/SSIS: script tasks, check points, record set objects

Required Skills:

This position requires a knowledge of and/or relevant experience as a Developer/Consultant.

BS or MS in Computer Science or engineering or equivalent work experience will be considered.

Preferred Skills:

Good working knowledge on DevOps processes (CI/CD)

Compensation:

The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $140,000-$160,000 / annually + bonuses + benefits. Redapt salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience.
