Role: Salesforce OMS Developer

As an OMS Developer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, updating, and supporting technical solutions for the company's OMS implementation. Leveraging Apex and Javascript, you will integrate systems with various Salesforce Clouds and external platforms. The ideal candidate should excel in designing intricate systems while also being adept at coding and deploying the OMS system.

The candidate we seek possesses effective communication skills at both technical and business levels and has a deep understanding of Salesforce products and eCommerce systems. The platform encompasses diverse systems based on languages such as Java, PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, and more.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Management to create digital consumer experiences based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the OMS.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, optimizing the Salesforce platform and products.
Engage with tech leads and clients to formulate end-to-end specifications for eCommerce solutions.
Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
Implement unit tests for applications and generate comprehensive documentation.
Adhere to coding standards and actively participate in code reviews to ensure the application of appropriate design patterns.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to eCommerce and OMS implementation.
Review code and provide guidance to developers regarding development standards and best practices.
Contribute to development efforts in an agile software development environment, participating in sprint planning, task breakdowns, and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications:

4+ years of Salesforce Development experience
Familiarity with OMS and its functionalities.
Understanding of Order Management concepts, including order orchestration, inventory allocation, order fulfillment, and order routing.
Experience in integrating third-party systems, such as ERP and WMS, with OMS.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging frameworks for real-time order processing.
Ability to design and implement scalable solutions for handling high volumes of orders and transactions.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building modern user interfaces.
Understanding of the Salesforce security model and best practices for securing sensitive order data.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira for project management.
