Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with UX and Visual Design teams to create optimized, intuitive user interfaces.
- Design and structure UI applications, including component hierarchy and modular architecture.
- Define and maintain code management strategies (repos, branching, merging, code quality checks).
- Architect UI modules, components, routing, and integration patterns.
- Lead, mentor, and guide UI developers; provide technical oversight
- Optimize application performance across devices and platforms.
- Define and manage deployment and build strategies.
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for advanced features.
- Continuously review and enhance UI development processes and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
- Ensure security best practices and compliance within the application.
- Perform Web Services (SOAP/REST) integration and failure analysis.
- Implement unit testing using standard JavaScript testing frameworks.
Required Skills and Experience:- 7 10 years of experience in UI engineering, including minimum 2 years of hands-on React development.
- Strong expertise with HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON.
- Deep knowledge of objectoriented JavaScript (OOP).
- Solid understanding of MVC/MVVM architecture patterns.
- Experience integrating with SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
- Strong debugging and failure analysis skills.
- Experience with unit testing for JavaScript applications.
- Kendo UI experience is required.
- Strong understanding of information security concepts and implementation.
- Experience defining deployment and build strategies.
- Proven ability to optimize UI performance.
