The Sr Front End Engineer (React) will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable, responsive, and production-grade frontend applications that integrate seamlessly with AI services, APIs, and backend systems.
Position Summary
The Sr Front End Engineer (React) is responsible for leading frontend architecture, development, and performance optimization forAI-enabled web applications.
Key accountabilities include:
Building scalable, maintainable React applications
Translating complex AI outputs into intuitive user experiences
Ensuring high-performance real-time interactions
Establishing frontend architectural standards and reusable component systems
Driving production readiness, accessibility, and cross-browser stability
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & Development
- Design and develop high-performance React applications using modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Build reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture
- Implement robust state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
- Contribute to design systems and component libraries
AI Integration & Experience Design
- Integrate AI/ML services via RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Build chat interfaces (LLMs, conversational AI)
- Develop AI-driven dashboards, recommendation modules, and predictive visualizations
- Translate complex model outputs into intuitive visual representations
- Optimize real-time interactions using WebSockets or streaming technologies
Performance & Reliability
- Optimize rendering performance and minimize latency for AI-driven workflows
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG standards), responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Implement frontend monitoring and error tracking
- Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React (mandatory)
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Experience building scalable, production-grade web applications
- Strong understanding of state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
- Experience building interactive dashboards or complex UI workflows
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with real-time data streaming (WebSockets, SSE)
- Experience with design systems (Material UI, Tailwind, Chakra, etc.)
- Exposure to Python-based ML stacks
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI interaction patterns
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
