Job Title: Full Stack Engineer
Location: Plano, TX
Role Overview: We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer with a balanced skill set across front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have deeper expertise in backend development while being comfortable working on modern UI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end
- Build responsive user interfaces using ReactJS / React Native
- Design and implement backend services using Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance
Required Skills: - Strong experience with Java (Backend development)
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS and/or React Native
- Full stack development experience with a 60% backend / 40% frontend focus
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
Preferred Skills: - Experience working in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
