Java Full Stack Developer (React) Contract
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid/Onsite)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js for a contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance applications and supporting ongoing development initiatives in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
- Support application deployments and troubleshoot production issues
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability best practices
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver timely solutions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with REST API development and integration
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of Redux or TypeScript
