We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer who doesn’t just build models, but understands how they behave in production — across noisy, evolving, real-world data.
💼 What You’ll Work On
- Design and deploy time-series & regression models for dynamic, multi-variable datasets
- Build feature engineering pipelines capturing seasonality, trends, price sensitivity, and external signals
- Develop robust inference systems (batch + near real-time)
- Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies
- Optimize models for stability, scalability, and real-world performance
🔧 What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning & Statistics (bias-variance, regularization, evaluation metrics like MAE/MAPE/WAPE)
- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM)
- Practical exposure to time-series or structured prediction problems
- Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines (data → training → inference)
- Familiarity with AWS (S3, EC2) or similar cloud environments
⚙️ Bonus Points If You Have
- Exposure to ML Ops (CI/CD, monitoring, logging)
- Experience with Airflow or pipeline orchestration tools
- Familiarity with Docker / containerized deployments
- Experience working with messy, real-world datasets
