About the Project
The platform is built as a React Native application with a Java Spring Boot backend and is used across all device types.
You will work closely with two teams:
- Application Team builds core application features.
- Shared Services Team develops and owns reusable platform components leveraged by 34 engineering teams.
1. Staff Full-Stack Engineer
Focus:
- ~20% Frontend (React Native)
- ~80% Backend (Java Spring Boot), system design, architecture
Qualifications:
- Strong backend engineering expertise
- Experience designing scalable services and reusable components
- Ability to lead technical direction and mentor other engineers
2. Software Engineer (Level X3) Backend Focus
Focus:
- Primarily backend development in Java Spring Boot
- Exposure to frontend (React Native) is a bonus but not required
Qualifications:
- Solid backend engineering and coding fundamentals
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
