What you’ll be doing:
•Take ownership of full product features, from UI/UX through to backend systems and deployment.
•Drive architectural decisions, balancing speed with scalability and robustness.
•Build and optimise AI-driven workflows (streaming, async processing, state-heavy systems).
•Support and elevate the team through mentorship, collaboration, and thoughtful code reviews.
Tech environment:
• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js.
• Backend: Python (FastAPI or similar), async programming, API design.
• Data: Postgres, schema design, performance tuning.
• Auth: OAuth/OIDC, JWT, RBAC/ABAC.
• AI exposure: LLM integrations, function/tool calling, streaming pipelines, vector DBs, agent-based systems.
