About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer based in New York who wants to build inside the city's new wave of AI-native fintech, enterprise, and infrastructure companies. You'll work directly with founders and designers at a company in our network, turning ideas into shipped product, close to users and close to money.

Responsibilities
- You ship fast and own end to end. You'd rather get something rough in front of users this week than polish it for a month.
- You're AI-native in how you build. You already use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools as a force multiplier.
- You care about the whole stack. DB design, API contracts, frontend craft, deploys. You move across layers freely.
- You've been early at a startup. You've owned surfaces from zero to one and thrived in ambiguity.
- You want to build products that matter, not another dashboard. Fintech, enterprise AI, infrastructure. Real money, real stakes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years building production web applications
Required Skills
- Strong TypeScript and React, with backend chops in Node.js, Python, or Go
- Track record shipping complete features end to end in small teams
- Comfort picking up unfamiliar domains like fintech or infra fast
- Experience at a seed to Series C NYC startup is a strong plus
