About The Role
We are looking for highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analysts from the 2026
graduating batch who are passionate about working with data and solving real-world
business problems. This role will involve working across functions, applying analytics to drive
data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyse large datasets using SQL and Python
- Perform statistical analysis to derive actionable insights, identify trends, patterns, and
anomalies
- Support analysis across:
- Marketing analytics (campaign performance, user acquisition, funnel analysis)
- Collections analytics (customer behaviour trends, recovery patterns,
segmentation)
- Assist in building and evaluating data science and analytical models
- Work on feature engineering and data preprocessing for model development
- Translate business requirements into structured data queries and actionable insights
- Maintain documentation of data models, processes, and workflows.
Requirements
- Students graduating in 2026 with a degree in:
- Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or
related fields
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions)
- Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Understanding of:
- Statistics and probability concepts
- Core data science techniques (regression, classification, clustering basics)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and ability to explain insights clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience (including internships) in data analytics/data science
- Graduates from premier institutes (IITs, NITs, top Tier-1/Tier-2 colleges) preferred
- Experience working with real-world datasets and solving open-ended problems
