Responsibilities:
• Architect and build scalable full-stack applications in a cloud-native environment
• Lead technical decisions and drive best practices across the team
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver impactful features
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of growth and excellence
• Optimize performance across front-end, APIs, and databases
• Implement secure development practices and modern CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills:
• 10-15 years as a strong full-stack developer and architect with Azure cloud experience
• Proven leadership with a hands-on coding approach
• Deep expertise in .Net React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Azure
• Passion for clean code, scalability, and continuous improvement
