Full Stack Engineer – Analytics Platform (Contract)
Location: Fully Remote (EST hours required)
Duration: 6 months
A leading technology company is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Contract) to join an internal Analytics Platform team. This role focuses on building internal tools and infrastructure used by engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services using Python and Java
- Support frontend development with React and TypeScript
- Develop internal tools that enable analytics, data science, and AI workflows
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in a highly collaborative environment
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend development experience (Python required, Java needed)
- Full stack exposure preferred (backend‑heavy role)
- Experience building internal tools or developer platforms
- Familiarity with analytics or data tools is a plus
- Exposure to AI / LLM tools and AI‑native workflows is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
