Oxford Solutions is partnering with a client to fill a Product Designer role focused on the user experience of a fast-growing, AI-driven web platform. We're looking for a hands-on designer who can move quickly, think in systems, and own product design from concept through implementation.
This is a primarily remote role with occasional onsite collaboration in West Virginia. Candidates must be located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for core product experiences including onboarding, dashboards, account management, and platform functionality
- Translate complex data, workflows, and AI-driven outputs into clean, intuitive interfaces
- Produce high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, wireframes, and user flows with a focus on usability and performance
- Identify and reduce friction in existing product flows to improve the overall user experience
- Design marketing pages and digital assets aligned with the product and brand
- Apply interaction design and microinteractions where they add meaningful usability value
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure designs are scalable and accurately implemented
- Maintain consistency across product design, marketing assets, and digital touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product/UX/UI design experience for SaaS, web platforms, or consumer applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work for complex digital products, dashboards, or data-driven tools
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- Experience designing data-driven, analytics-based, or workflow-heavy interfaces
- Solid understanding of modern web design patterns, responsive design, and user behavior
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or AI-powered products strongly preferred
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver quality work under tight timelines
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
- Background in AI-powered, data-intensive, or analytics-focused applications
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment
