ReactJS Developer Lead - Locals only - W2 only
Introduction:
We are currently seeking a talented ReactJS Developer Lead to join our team. As a ReactJS Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in creating and implementing user interface components using ReactJS. You will work closely with the project manager, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of user interface components using ReactJS
- Collaborate with project manager, designers, and other team members to define project requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in ReactJS development
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members
Requirements:
