We’re building an AI-powered research platform that does exactly that — designing interviews, finding the right participants, running research and turning responses into actionable insights, largely autonomously.
Trusted by teams at Google, Microsoft, SKIMS, Nestlé and hundreds of enterprises, the product is already being used at serious scale. Now we’re looking for a high-ownership Full-Stack Engineer to help build what comes next.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing engineering team where you can own meaningful product and platform problems end-to-end — from 0→1 builds to scaling systems used by major companies.
You might work on:
→ AI-powered analysis, insights & chat experiences
→ Recruitment, incentives and participant panels
→ Product UX, design systems and platform experience
→ Distributed systems, APIs and platform infrastructure
→ Complex product problems alongside exceptional Product & Design teams
We’re looking for someone who:
⚡ Has 2–8 years of experience as a full-stack, front-end leaning or product engineer
âš¡ Is highly proficient in React + TypeScript
⚡ Has worked at an early-stage startup (Seed–Series D) and thrives in high-growth environments
⚡ Has taken a significant product, feature or platform from 0→1
⚡ Has strong CS fundamentals — ideally a CS degree from a top-30 university
âš¡ Has genuine founder-like ownership and is comfortable operating with ambiguity
Bonus signals: fast promotions, coding competition wins, standout internal awards, or experience as a founder/founding engineer.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a ticket and told what to build.
You’ll help decide what gets built, how it gets built, and ultimately shape the product itself.
