This role is at a high-growth home wellness company founded in 2020, focused on building category defining essentials for healthier living at home. As a Full Stack Engineer you will be responsible for building and maintaining the software that powers both their customer facing commerce experiences and its internal systems. The role spans their headless Shopify Hydrogen storefront, multiple Next.js applications, and a growing suite of internal AI-enabled tools.
This role owns projects end to end from identifying problems to shipping solutions. Playing a central role in improving conversion, performance, internal efficiency, and data flow across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and improving the headless ecommerce storefront built on Shopify Hydrogen, with a focus on conversion, speed, and user experience
- Building the commerce foundation for future mobile app initiatives and strengthening web to app continuity
- Designing and shipping customer facing AI features, including conversational product recommendation experiences
- Developing systems that transform customer feedback (support tickets, reviews, social signals) into actionable insights
- Creating internal tools and AI-powered workflows that increase speed and leverage across teams
- Maintaining and expanding integrations across the ecommerce stack (such as Shopify APIs, Klaviyo, Attentive, Gorgias)
- Contributing to technical strategy and shaping how Sans uses modern tooling and AI-assisted development
Ideally you will:
- Like having direct exposure to business impact, with work that influences revenue, customer experience, and internal leverage
- Enjoy having a close partnership with senior leadership, including direct collaboration on technical priorities with the CEO.
- Be comfortable having broad ownership across both customer facing products and internal systems

- Grasp the opportunity to shape how AI is applied practically across a fast scaling consumer brand.
- Have at least 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications
- Have strong React and TypeScript skills. Including strong Next.js experience across both internal tools and customer-facing applications
- Have exposure to the Shopify ecosystem, including Shopify APIs such as the Storefront API and Admin API. With hands-on Hydrogen or headless Shopify experience.
