Role: Technical Lead – React & Python
Location: Santa Clara, CA - Onsite
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in React.js and Python to lead enterprise web application development initiatives. This role is heavily focused on technical leadership, architecture, coding oversight, and collaboration with onsite stakeholders and offshore engineering teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- React.js
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Python
- REST APIs & Microservices
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and backend integrations
- Experience with CI/CD and Agile environments
- Ability to lead offshore/onshore engineering teams
Responsibilities:
- Lead full stack application development
- Drive architecture and technical design discussions
- Review code and mentor developers
- Coordinate with onsite stakeholders and offshore teams
- Support sprint planning, delivery execution, and issue resolution
Experience:
- 10+ years overall IT experience
- 5+ years in React & Python development
- Prior Technical lead/lead engineer experience required
