Job Qualifications:
• 3-7 years of UX design experience, preferably with a focus on digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A degree in UX Design, Human computer interaction, or alternatively biological sciences with significant design experience is required.
Frontend Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing UI components using React.js
2. Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
3. Optimizing components for maximum performance across various web browsers
4. Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure smooth user experiences
5. Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
Frontend Skills:
1. Proficiency in React.js and its core principles (8-10 Years Exp, 5.2/5.3 grade) - primary skill
2. Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills
3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration
5. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens
6. Understanding of front-end build tools and pipelines
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
