Senior Front End Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing web applications. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to implement innovative UI solutions that enhance user experience and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces for web applications using React, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX design wireframes into actual code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Integrate with APIs to connect front-end applications to back-end services.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI development and advocate for best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Expertise in React, NExt.JS, ES6, HTML5, CSS3, and working with APIs.
- Direct to Consumer Experience is a must.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Nice to have: Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks.
