Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with React expertise to join our team supporting Cognizant / US Bank. The ideal candidate will have strong mobile development skills, hands on experience with Android SDK, and proficiency in React/React Native for building scalable, high performance applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java/Kotlin and React/React Native.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Integrate APIs, backend services, and third party libraries into mobile applications.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure high quality deliverables.

Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time.

Ensure compliance with security, performance, and coding standards.
Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Android development (Java/Kotlin).

Strong hands on experience with React / React Native.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile UI/UX best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and Jenkins.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.

Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Exposure to financial services or banking applications.
