We are looking for a
Instructional Designer – Tech who will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing learning programs in Data Science & Analytics with AI, Full-Stack Android Development and Software Development. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating learning experiences, structuring educational content, and working closely with industry experts to build high-quality programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop curriculum for AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Data Science programs.
- Create detailed learning modules, lesson plans, presentations, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Research industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure course content remains relevant and up to date.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to build practical, job-oriented learning experiences.
- Develop real-world case studies, hands-on exercises, capstone projects, and portfolio-building activities.
- Structure learning paths that help students progressively build technical skills and industry readiness.
- Review and improve existing curriculum based on learner feedback, industry developments, and placement requirements.
- Create evaluation frameworks, quizzes, assignments, and assessments to measure learner progress effectively.
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with Masai School's learning standards.
- Work with academic, product, and placement teams to continuously enhance program effectiveness and learner outcomes.
- Support the launch of new technology programs and specializations based on market demand.

- Strong content development and curriculum design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Data Science domains.
- Ability to research, structure, and simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
Preferred
- B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or content creation.
- Understanding of educational technologies and e-learning tools.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and learner engagement strategies.
- Basic understanding of AI, ML, Data Analytics, or Data Science concepts.
