GyanSys is looking for an React Full Stack Lead for its direct client in Santa Clara, CA.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing projects, leading both onsite and offshore teams, and driving successful project delivery from requirements through deployment.
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in React.js and Full Stack application development
- Proven experience leading and delivering projects independently
- Experience managing and coordinating onsite and offshore development teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and project delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to work directly with business users, technical teams, and management
- Experience in project planning, effort estimation, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Bachelors degree required

- Must be willing and able to attend in-person interviews in Santa Clara, CA
- This is a 100% onsite role (Monday to Friday)
