Role: React Native Developer

Job Description:
Experience managing and scaling monorepos (Turborepo/Nx), including shared libraries, task pipelines, and dependency boundaries.
Proficient state management with MobX, designing predictable, maintainable application state.
Type-safe, scalable styling using vanilla-extract, including theming and design tokens.
Testing expertise with Jest, covering unit and integration tests with a quality-first mindset.
Package and dependency management using npm & pnpm, including workspace configuration and version hygiene.
Strong Git & GitHub workflows: PR reviews, branching strategies, and Cl collaboration in large teams.
Focus on performance, maintainability, and developer experience across the stack.
Provides technical leadership and mentorship, setting patterns, reviewing architecture, and raising team standards.
