Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions across domains such as
lending, payments, and customer analytics. This role involves working with
large, complex datasets, solving high-impact business problems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models in production environments.
- Work with structured and unstructured data (tabular, text, and image data) to extract insights and build predictive solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define requirements and translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, promoting best practices in model development and deployment.
Required Expertise
- Experience: 4+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
- Programming: Strong Python skills; experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PySpark.
- Algorithms & Statistics: Solid understanding of ML algorithms (XGBoost, SVM) and statistical modeling.
- Data Skills: Experience with large-scale datasets, feature engineering, and deploying models into production.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
