Job Role: Lead Full stack Mobile Engineer (Android/iOS – MAUI + React + Node)

Role overview:
We are looking for a Lead Engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives, drive solutions independently, and proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges. Looking for a Fullstack Mobile Engineer to build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using .NET MAUI and React, along with backend services in Node.js.
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of projects and deliverables from design through production.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for the engineering team.
• Independently analyze problems, research solutions, and make sound technical decisions.
• Develop cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using .NET MAUI
• Build and maintain APIs/services using Node.js
• Work with React-based components where applicable
• Collaborate with product and design teams
• Debug and optimize app performance.
Requirements:
• Experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills (React Native)
• QSR Experience is Must
• Backend experience with Node.js
• Understanding of REST APIs and mobile app architecture
• Experience with app deployment (App Store / Play Store)
• Nice to have
• Experience with state management (Redux, etc.)
• CI/CD for mobile apps
• Performance optimization and debugging tools
