Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with React / React.js.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, DOM, asynchronous programming, and modern front-end development.
- Strong understanding of UI architecture, component-based development, and design patterns.
- Experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of Java and Java-based backend applications.
- Experience with responsive web design, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with React state-management libraries such as Redux.
- Experience with Java/Spring Boot backend services.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- Experience with CI/CD and cloud-based development environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience developing applications for large-scale enterprise environments.
