Role: Lead Full Stack Lead (.NET/React/Azure/AI)
100% Remote (Canada/US)
Job Type: Contract (T4 / W2)
Contract Length: 6 months - Conversion to a FTE
NOTE: Need candidates with strong exp in P&C Insurance (MUST)
Experience Level:Strong Lead/Staff Engineer/Principal
Mandatory Insurance Experience:

Deep knowledge of the Insurance value chain, particularly from submission through policy issuance, including quoting and binding processes.

Strong knowledge of specialty insurance products, especially:

Excess Casualty
-
Professional Liability
-
Medical Liability
-
Products Liability
-
Contractors Liability
-
Experience in Actuarial Reserving is highly preferred.
Technical Requirements:

Strong Full Stack Engineering experience with .NET and React, with deep backend expertise.

Architectural mindset with proven experience designing scalable and maintainable solutions.

Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, estimate features, create technical artifacts, develop solutions, deliver user stories, and lead development teams.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

AI SDLC experience is required.

Preferred experience implementing Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft technologies and tools.
