Front End Lead – ReactJS / JavaScript
📍 Location: Irving, TX — Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)

We are looking for an experienced Front End Lead with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript, along with solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will have experience working across the full software development lifecycle and building scalable, enterprise-level applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design and development of modern web applications using ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Develop reusable and scalable front-end components.
- Work with Redux, including Thunk or Saga, for application state management.
- Develop and integrate applications with REST APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with backend developers, architects, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
- Ensure applications follow coding standards, performance guidelines, and development best practices.
- Support CI/CD processes and enterprise application deployments.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS — Mandatory.
- Strong JavaScript programming experience — Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with Redux (Thunk or Saga) — Mandatory.
- Strong experience with HTML and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring IOC, Spring Web Services, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with JUnit and application testing.
- Experience working with databases such as SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
- Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with development and collaboration tools including JIRA, Git, Bitbucket, SVN, Postman, Jenkins, and XCode.
- Experience with build tools such as Maven, Ant, or Ivy.
- Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of the full project/software development lifecycle.
Preferred Profile
We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but can operate in a lead capacity, contribute to technical decisions, mentor team members, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
