Senior Software Engineer – NYC/SF Hybrid or Remote

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (4+ years) who is product-minded, takes ownership, and enjoys solving complex technical and UX challenges.
What you’ll do
- Build and improve AI-powered product features and agents
- Work across the stack using React and TypeScript
- Own projects end-to-end, from architecture to delivery
- Solve complex challenges around real-time collaboration, performance, and UX
- Work closely with AI engineers and research teams on LLMs, prompting, and context engineering
- Build integrations with tools such as Slack
- Interact directly with customers and help shape the product
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong React + TypeScript skills
- Full-stack/product engineering experience
- Experience building customer-facing products
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Interest in AI/LLMs and modern developer tools
NYC/SF hybrid or remote | $200K–$270K + Equity
