Required Technical Skills
- 10+ years of full-time software development experience
- 7+ years of strong React.js / React / Frontend Development experience
- Expert-level JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- React Hooks, Context API, Redux / Redux Toolkit
- Next.js and modern React architecture
- REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON & API integrations
- Node.js / Express.js experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of Responsive Design, Cross-Browser Compatibility & Web Accessibility
- Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn
- Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress / Playwright
- Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
- CI/CD, Docker & cloud environments
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Strong knowledge of UI performance optimization, browser debugging and web security
- Experience with Micro Frontends is a plus
- Experience with Figma, design systems and component libraries is preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC and modern engineering practices
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead the frontend architecture and technical direction of applications
- Design and develop scalable, reusable and high-performance React applications
- Establish frontend coding standards, best practices and development guidelines
- Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews and performance assessments
- Mentor and guide frontend developers
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, QA and Architects
- Translate business and UI/UX requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot complex frontend issues and drive production stability
- Participate in estimation, sprint planning and technical delivery
Preferred
- Strong MNC experience in India is highly preferred.
- Experience building large-scale enterprise applications is preferred.
- Candidates open to relocation are preferred.
- Candidates willing to work onsite for the initial 1–3 months are strongly preferred.
