I’m working with a high-growth AI startup in the healthcare space that is looking to hire 2 Senior Full Stack Engineers in New York.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants to join a small, ambitious engineering team where you can have genuine ownership and see your work go from idea to production quickly.
The role
You’ll be building greenfield products that are helping to automate the healthcare recruiting process, working across:
- Backend, frontend and infrastructure
- Scalable and distributed systems
- AI-enabled applications
- TypeScript / Node.js / React
- AWS, Lambda and ECS
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Docker and serverless architecture
What they’re looking for
The ideal profile will have:
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience
- 2–4+ years of meaningful VC-backed startup experience
- Experience at big tech, a reputable technology company or tier-one startup
- Strong backend TypeScript experience
- Experience building and scaling production systems
- Strong CS fundamentals
- Greenfield / end-to-end project ownership
- Full-stack capability, with a backend lean
- Experience with distributed systems, observability and reliability
- A high-ownership, low-ego approach
