This team is putting AI to work solving real problems for real customers, and momentum is building fast across engineering, go-to-market, and design.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Full Stack Engineer ready to own features end-to-end — from backend services all the way through to the customer-facing UI.
TECH STACK & TOOLS
- TypeScript and React (Next.js) driving the frontend
- Node.js or Python (FastAPI) powering the backend
- PostgreSQL as the primary data store
- REST and GraphQL APIs connecting it all
- Tailwind CSS for sleek, fast styling
- AWS or GCP, with Docker for containerization
- GitHub Actions keeping CI/CD humming
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship customer-facing features across the entire stack
- Design and implement the APIs and services that power the product
- Team up closely with design and product to turn bold ideas into polished features
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code you're proud to own
- Weigh in on code reviews and help shape how the engineering team works
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of professional full stack development experience
- Proficiency with a modern JS/TS framework (React, Vue, etc.) and a backend language (Node, Python, Go, etc.)
- Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
- Strong product sense and a natural bias toward shipping
- Thrives owning projects with minimal oversight
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience thriving at an early-stage startup
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD
COMPENSATION
$130,000–$195,000 base salary + equity. Target pay generally maps to years of directly relevant experience: 3–4 years $130,000–$150,000; 5–7 years $150,000–$170,000; 8+ years $170,000–$195,000. Bands reflect 2026 early-stage startup market data (seed/Series A–B) for this role and location; final offers may vary based on the candidate's specific background.
