Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer for an urgent, critical role spanning Irving, TX, Tampa, FL, or Rutherford, NJ. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance React.js web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive code quality across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Build, optimize, and maintain scalable, high-quality React.js front-end applications.
Feature Delivery: Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into robust new features and functionalities.
Code Quality & Optimization: Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce front-end best practices, and optimize components for peak performance across browsers and devices.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and front-end performance bottlenecks efficiently.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, working alongside backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
Continuous Innovation: Stay current with evolving trends, best practices, and new libraries within the modern React ecosystem.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in React.js, standard workflows (Redux, Context API, Hooks), and state management libraries.
Front-End Fundamentals: Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks.
Version Control & Methodologies: Proven experience with Git workflows and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Problem Solving: Outstanding analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a track record of performance tuning.
Soft Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal collaboration capabilities.
