This is an opportunity for an Engineering Manager (Frontend) to join a high-growth, product-led SaaS company building complex, enterprise-grade applications used by customers worldwide.

You’ll lead a distributed Frontend team, driving architecture, delivery and engineering quality across a modern web platform while working closely with product, design and backend teams.

🚀 What you’ll be doing

Lead and grow a team of frontend engineers in a fully remote environment
Own the frontend architecture across a complex, enterprise SaaS platform
Drive best practices around performance, scalability, testing, and code quality
Partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver new features end-to-end Coach and mentor engineers, supporting career growth and technical development
Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
Help scale engineering processes across a globally distributed team

💻 Tech Environment

Modern JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js, large-scale SPA architecture, cloud-based SaaS platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, distributed systems, Agile delivery.

✅ What they’re looking for

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead in frontend-focused teams
Significant experience working on large-scale SaaS or enterprise web applications
Strong background in modern frontend development (React / TypeScript)
Track record of leading remote or distributed engineering teams
Strong architectural understanding of scalable frontend systems
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and design
You must be based in PST or MST
