Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights. This role involves creating data visualizations, developing statistical models, and communicating findings effectively to key stakeholders. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to inform business strategies and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to analyze and interpret complex datasets
Strong understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling to create insightful reports and predictive models
Effective Communication skills to present data-driven insights to stakeholders and collaborate across teams
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant experience with data analysis in a corporate or academic setting
A strong understanding of business concepts and the ability to apply data insights in a business context
