Your Role at Revin Krishi
As an AI Engineer, you will design and deploy intelligent systems that power clinical simulations, diagnostic reasoning engines, and adaptive learning platforms.
This is not a generic ML role—you will work on applied AI systems integrated into real-world workflows, where model decisions directly influence user interaction, training outcomes, and system behavior.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to build production-grade AI systems, not just prototypes.
What You’ll Do1. AI Model Development & Deployment
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare use cases
- Work on NLP models for clinical conversations, symptom analysis, and decision support
- Deploy models into production with scalable APIs and monitoring
2. Clinical Simulation Intelligence
- Build AI systems that simulate patient responses and clinical scenarios
- Develop adaptive engines that react dynamically to user inputs (e.g., doctor decisions)
- Integrate probabilistic reasoning and rule-based logic into AI-driven workflows
3. Decision Support Systems
- Develop AI-driven diagnostic assistance models
- Work on structured + unstructured data (symptoms, vitals, reports, interactions)
- Design explainable AI systems for transparency in clinical decision-making
4. Data Engineering for AI
- Build and manage pipelines for training and inference data
- Work with multimodal datasets (text, structured clinical data, time-series signals)
- Ensure data quality, labeling strategies, and versioning
5. Real-Time AI Systems
- Integrate AI models with real-time applications (simulation engines, dashboards)
- Optimize inference latency for interactive use cases
- Work with event-driven architectures and streaming data
6. AI Infrastructure & MLOps
- Build reproducible ML pipelines and CI/CD for models
- Manage model versioning, monitoring, and performance tracking
- Use tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms for deployment
7. Research to Production
- Translate research ideas into working systems
- Evaluate trade-offs between model complexity and real-world performance
- Stay updated with advancements in AI for healthcare and simulation

What We’re Looking ForEducation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
Experience
1 years in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning
Technical Skills
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Experience with frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
- NLP experience (transformers, LLMs, embeddings, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python
Systems & Integration
- Experience deploying ML models via APIs (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems
- Familiarity with real-time data processing
Data & Infrastructure
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to MedTech / HealthTech applications
- Experience with simulation systems or gaming engines
- Understanding of clinical workflows or diagnostic systems
- Experience with reinforcement learning or decision engines
- Work with LLMs in structured environments (not just chatbots)
