Our MedTech initiatives focus on AI-driven clinical intelligence and decision-support systems that enhance diagnostic accuracy and healthcare operations. We build systems where data, models, and human interaction converge in real-time.
YOUR ROLE
As an AI Engineer, you will design and deploy intelligent systems that power clinical simulations and diagnostic reasoning engines. This is not a generic ML role—you will work on applied AI systems integrated into real-world workflows where model decisions directly influence user interaction and training outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. AI Model Development & Deployment
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare use cases.
- Work on NLP models for clinical conversations, symptom analysis, and decision support.
- Deploy models into production with scalable APIs and monitoring.
2. Clinical Simulation Intelligence
- Build AI systems that simulate patient responses and clinical scenarios.
- Develop adaptive engines that react dynamically to user inputs (e.g., doctor decisions).
- Integrate probabilistic reasoning and rule-based logic into AI-driven workflows.
3. Decision Support Systems
- Develop AI-driven diagnostic assistance models.
- Work on structured + unstructured data (symptoms, vitals, reports, interactions).
- Design explainable AI (XAI) systems for transparency in clinical decision-making.
4. Data Engineering & Infrastructure
- Build and manage pipelines for training and inference data.
- Work with multimodal datasets (text, clinical data, time-series signals).
- Manage MLOps: versioning, monitoring, and performance tracking using Docker and Kubernetes.
5. Research to Production
- Translate research ideas into working, real-time systems.
- Optimize inference latency for interactive use cases.
- Evaluate trade-offs between model complexity and real-world performance.

HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
Experience - 1+ year in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.
Technical - SkillsPython, TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn, NLP (Transformers, LLMs).
Systems - FastAPI/Flask, Microservices, Real-time data processing.
Infrastructure - SQL/NoSQL, MLOps, Docker, Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Preferred Experience (Bonus Points):
- Exposure to MedTech / HealthTech applications.
- Experience with simulation systems or gaming engines.
- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning or decision engines.
- Work with LLMs in structured environments (not just chatbots).
