Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Xperience by Kentico to design, build, and maintain modern digital experiences with integrated commerce capabilities. This role will focus on developing a custom storefront and delivering scalable, high-performing solutions for innovative enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain digital experiences using Xperience by Kentico, leveraging its API-first and hybrid headless architecture
- Develop and enhance a custom storefront using modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js
- Build core eCommerce experiences including product listings, product detail pages, search, and filtering functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centric digital experiences
- Integrate external systems including payment providers, ERP systems, fulfillment platforms, and identity providers
- Implement and maintain scalable backend services using C# / .NET
- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across the application stack
- Apply best practices for modern commerce architecture, including cart state management, order lifecycle, and idempotent transactions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Kentico, specifically Xperience by Kentico (required)
- Strong understanding of API-first and hybrid headless CMS architecture
- Proven experience building modern storefronts using React, Next.js, or similar frontend technologies
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET and SQL Server
- Experience integrating external APIs and third-party platforms
- Deep understanding of core commerce architecture patterns, including:
- Cart and session state management
- Order lifecycle workflows
- Idempotent transaction handling
- Externalized commerce services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise-level environments with complex system integrations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
