Position Overview
We are seeking a 100% hands-on Fullstack Engineer to build and scale web applications for our client. This is a pure development role dedicated entirely to writing clean, production-grade code. There are no people-management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- 100% Coding: Drive end-to-end development, spending all of your time actively coding.
- Build responsive, high-performance UI components using React.
- Design and scale robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python.
- Manage data models (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Frontend: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, State Management (Redux/Context).
- Backend: Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Databases & Tools: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional fullstack experience.
- Plus: Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, BioTech, or Pharma) and Cloud (AWS/Azure).
Note: This position is strictly for an active builder. If you are looking for a management or hands-off architectural role, this will not be a fit.
