We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on React front-end development to support efforts focused on modernizing legacy applications and improving overall system performance. This role will contribute across both front-end and back-end layers, with a primary focus on building responsive user interfaces and enhancing application efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications with a focus on React-based front-end development
- Design, build, and support backend services using .NET (C#)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve UI/UX and deliver new features
- Integrate front-end components with backend services and SQL-based data layers
- Develop ad hoc tools, reports, and dashboards to support business operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both front-end and backend systems
- Participate in system modernization initiatives, including migrating legacy workflows to modern web architectures
- Support on-call rotation for enterprise applications as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- OR Associate’s degree with equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience building front-end applications using React
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with .NET (C#) development
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases, including query development and performance tuning
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing full stack applications (React with .NET APIs)
- Familiarity with modern UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques
- Experience supporting or modernizing legacy systems
- Exposure to enterprise environments with high-availability systems
- Experience with version control systems and Agile development methodologies
