Sr/Staff Full Stack Engineer #2673
Position Summary:
Our partner is a healthcare organization advancing a virtual urgent care platform that brings the clinic experience into a secure digital setting. As the product expands and AI becomes more integrated into digital healthcare, the organization is adding a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer to strengthen technical ownership and help shape how new capabilities are introduced safely, practically, and at scale.
You’ll work across code, architecture, product context, and technical decision-making. The platform is already live and includes patient-facing workflows, system integrations, communications, insurance-related capabilities, and shared infrastructure. You’ll remain deeply hands-on while helping evolve its architecture, reliability, and use of AI-enabled tools and features.
In this opportunity, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the business and clinical problems behind the technology, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and establish a direction the broader engineering group can execute. It’s a strong fit for an engineer who wants to stay close to the code while taking greater ownership of an increasingly complex healthcare platform.
Experience and Education:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience/field
- 8+ years building and supporting production web applications in a senior or staff-level capacity.
- Proven background delivering full-stack JavaScript applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS.
- Strong track record owning system design and technical decisions for complex, customer-facing production platforms.
- Hands-on involvement with APIs, third-party integrations, distributed services, and operationally critical workflows.
- Demonstrated success working within enterprise, healthcare, financial services, insurance, or another regulated setting.
- Familiarity with secure software practices for sensitive data, reliability, compliance, and mature engineering processes.

- Help move the platform toward shared infrastructure and sustainable engineering patterns.
- Remain deeply hands-on with coding, contributing approximately 70% to 85% of the time.
