Manager – Architect, Experience Engineering
We are seeking a technically strong and client-focused Manager/Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS. This role will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and clients to deliver modern, maintainable digital experiences while providing technical leadership and mentorship to front-end engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, responsive ReactJS applications with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Lead front-end engineering teams and establish development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries to improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and user experience.
- Participate in client discussions, technical solutioning, and project planning.
- Support Agile development practices and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of front-end development experience with strong ReactJS expertise.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web development.
- Experience with React ecosystem tools such as Redux, React Router, and modern build pipelines.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and state management.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving code quality and performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
