Work Arrangement: Bay Area preferred; candidates outside the area must provide 4–6 hours of daily Pacific Time overlap
Role Overview
We are seeking a GenAI Front-End Engineer to build a reusable conversational and analytics experience that can be embedded into products owned by other teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong React and TypeScript experience along with hands-on experience embedding UIs, micro-frontends, or services within other applications. The role focuses on building scalable integration APIs and GenAI interfaces that can display streamed answers, tables, charts, citations, and conversation history.
Key Responsibilities
- Build production-ready React and TypeScript applications.
- Develop reusable micro-frontends, embedded UIs, or SDK-based experiences.
- Design clean integration APIs, SDK contracts, callbacks, events, and versioned interfaces.
- Capture and use host-application context such as active pages, filters, selected objects, and user actions.
- Build streaming, multi-turn GenAI interfaces with clarification flows and conversation history.
- Implement robust error handling and user interaction flows.
- Render structured AI responses including tables, charts, citations, and reusable results.
- Integrate REST and streaming APIs, authentication, and token management.
- Build experiences that can be securely integrated into multiple host applications.
Requirements
- Strong React and TypeScript production experience.
- Proven experience embedding a UI, service, or micro-frontend within another application.
- Experience designing APIs, SDK contracts, callbacks, events, and versioned interfaces.
- Experience working with host-application context and user actions.
- Experience building streaming, multi-turn GenAI interfaces.
- Experience rendering tables, charts, citations, and structured responses.
- Strong experience integrating REST/streaming APIs, authentication, and token management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building reusable UI SDKs or components used by multiple applications.
- Experience with micro-frontends, Web Components, Module Federation, or secure iframe patterns.
- Familiarity with MCP clients, embedded analytics, or enterprise copilot products.
- Familiarity with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore.
